I was skeptical. The last sautéed greens I’d been served smelled more like grass clippings. However, I figured if the dish had bacon and garlic in it, it might be ok.
It was DELISH!!
The recipe is by Anne Burrell from Food Network. Since I was clueless about how to fix chard, we followed the recipe fairly closely.
10/10 would eat again.
