Holy Spoons

The gift of hospitality sometimes comes with food.

Spicy Rainbow Chard sautéed with garlic and bacon

I was skeptical. The last sautéed greens I’d been served smelled  more like grass clippings. However, I figured if the dish had bacon and garlic in it, it might be ok.

It was DELISH!!

The recipe is by Anne Burrell from Food Network. Since I was clueless about how to fix chard, we followed the recipe fairly closely.

  1. I doubled the garlic (duh)
  2. We had a good laugh at measuring bacon in “cups” and ended up using about 1/2 pound.

10/10 would eat again.
